Here is a list of things you will need
when you register:

Student social security number
-
Name and Address of last school if your are transferring
from a different school.

If your child is in Kindergarten or Fifth grade, we have to
have a physical form filled out from a doctor dated this year.

If your child is starting Kindergarten, we will need their
birth certificate and Immunization records.

New or transferring students: Parents will have to fill out
an Verification of In-district Residency form. You will need copies of
required documents showing you live at that address.

Book Fees are $25.00

School lunch and breakfast:
Lunch-$1.50 Breakfast-$.90 Milk $0.30

As you may
know we are now using
Cafe' Enterprise as a
"point of sale" (POS) software in our school lunch room. You
can pay online or check your child's account by visiting the
Cafe' Prepay web site
http://www.pay4lunch.com/.
First time users will have to register online before
accessing the account.

The District Board of Education has set a limit for a
maximum amount for each student/staff charge of $25.00.

When paying for lunch and breakfast at school, please pay on Monday
only. Please put
money or check in an envelope with the students name on it.

Signing In and Out
-
When your child is late for school they have to sign in at
the office before going to class.
-
When you are going to pick up your child for any reason
you have to sign them out at the office first and then we will bring the
student to you.

When you are returning the student, you have to sign them
in before they can go to back to class.
Below are a few websites that you might
like pertaining to your children in school. The
top three are forms for medical and dental examinations for you to pull up and
print off at your convenience. ( Dental exams are required for all
Kindergarten, Second, and Sixth grades. Also Physical exams are required
by Kindergarten, Fifth, and Ninth grades.) You can

You will need this to download the medical forms.
We now have our own
“Domain Name” for the Elementary School. A
“Domain Name” has a shorter URL to type into the address line to connect you to
our school webpage. The new URL is

HomePlus
You can now see
your child's grades,
schedule, attendance and more online. Just click on the appropriate link
below. Then click on the Student Services link. A
login
page will open. You will need your child's school ID number and their unique
pin number to login.
If you wish to visit the Grade School HomePlus site after visiting the High
School site or vice versa you must close the browser and start again. The
HomePlus is best viewed with
Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Parents please note if you see a
missing grade remark in the Grade Book this is probably a grade that has
not been entered rather than a zero for an assignment not completed.
